Do you work with clients outside Dubai?
Yes, but we're Dubai-based and that's our strength. We work with clients globally — just know that our network, our turnaround, and our local knowledge are sharpest here in the UAE.
Can I pay monthly vs upfront?
Yes — see each service's billing terms. For websites and apps, you can pay setup upfront plus monthly support, or bundle the setup and first month into one lump payment. Social media is always monthly.
What happens if I'm not happy with the TikTok Guarantee views?
Partial refund per contract. The only number we commit to is 100,000 combined views across the 10 videos — miss that and you get a refund under the terms in your signed contract.
Do you offer SEO on my existing site?
No — SEO only on sites we build. Our AI SEO agents are integrated at the code level during the build; we can't bolt them onto a site we didn't ship.
Do you do logo design / brand identity standalone?
No — we're not a design agency. Our Silver and higher social media packages include brand identity work bundled with ongoing social, but we don't sell logos as a standalone service.
